The hotel was fairly clean with extremely friendly and pretty friendly staff with the day time receptionists. This accommodation had a very central setting near the sea.

It is an original hotel with magnificent view of the beach. Very comfy bed, new-fashioned room that has a nice bathroom. At the main bar they serve fine food and drinks.

Location: the hotel was near to lovely restaurants and bars as well as transport. Moreover, it was relatively close to Blanga Rd.

It's nestled in a very well maintained building with exceptionally nice location to main entertainment. Plus, this hotel is very close to the nightlife as well as a beautiful beach...

The units are good sized and brand-new with good air con. The location is excellent and stunning, close to everything.

My luxurious room had a clean bathroom and a very clean bed. The location close to everything was nice and ideal. Also, the distance to an elaborate mall was only 1 km.

Its location is perfect & strategic, just off all shopping centers and beach as well as bars.

The setting was convenient, close to the beach and party area. Popped in Butcher's Garden for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is close enough to the center of Patong, yet not too close to be loud at night. You can easily explore the nearby Patong night markets and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are excellent, with comfortable beds and a balcony to relax on. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff here provides friendly and professional service. The breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day. Additionally, the pool and pool bar add an extra luxury to your stay.

There were a few issues during the stay, such as inconsistent Internet connectivity.

Good location, beach across the road,

The hotel's "glory " has gone....I found out that they are closing the hotel on 2nd May for refurbishing or re building so till then and during my stay they did not put any effort to their service, corridors were dirty,never cleaned during my stay, breakfasts poor, staff could't bother, poor English, waited 4 day for maintenance repair and gave up as noone turned up.There was some insects in the room as well and we continously suffered with stomach troubles.It was my 3rd stay there but this time total dessatisfaction, great pitty.

I have stayed at this hotel at least three times before and had a wonderful experience that is why we returned with 18 friends. This time it was appalling. A few of us got bedbugs related scabies and service by staff was appalling except for the pool staff. I was embarrassed because i had recommended this hotel to 18 friends and we all stayed and most of them legitimately complained. The hotel is changing management and staff morale and service was poor as a result as jobs were insecure. I don't think i will ever go back to that hotel and i am sure the people who traveled with me will not recommend it. The tailor in the complex is excellent.

Stayed in nicely decorated twin/double room with a balcony. My breakfast was reasonable with birds flying freely, cheese, pastas.
